Water Loss Due to Break in Restroom Supply Line

One can never be safe from disasters. You could be away on vacation and you can come back to a fully flooded home or office. That’s exactly what happened to one of our customers. This loss happened to occur during Labor Day weekend; unfortunately there was no one in the office to stop the disaster from spreading. When the employees’ arrived ready to work on Tuesday morning, they were greeted by an unpleasant surprise. Upon opening the front door of the building the water started trickling out. This was a result of a break in the Men’s restroom supply line from the toilet.

Since the water had continued to leak the entire weekend the whole office was affected. Our technicians extracted water and were able to pack out the entire office within one day. We then began cutting walls to ventilate the structure and six days later we were able to start the reconstruction phase. After 30 days of hard work and dedication, we kept our promise to the employer, in that we would have their office back up and running within a month’s time. The owner of the building was extremely pleased with our work and the results of the rebuild.
