Bio-hazard Clean-Up

This was a BIO-hazard clean up in Pasadena, CA. We got a call from our customer letting us know the situation.  Two bodies that were found deceased in the home. The bodies had been in there current state for a long time at that point there bodies were decomposed. SERVPRO arrive at the house there was a foul odoriferous smell of decomposed bodies. Two of the bedrooms had dried blood stains on the floors. SERVPRO started:

1. Detail cleaning of all surfaces walls, ceilings, fixtures, windows, shutters and floors.
2. We remove wallpaper in all rooms as the fly fecal matter and odor can be contained.
3. Removed remaining vinyl and linoleum floors- based on condition.
4. Remove duct work and clean the FAU in the attic.
5. Use a mastic remover (soy based) to assist in the cleaning/removal of the fluid staining/seepage happening in rooms where bodies were.
