Here at SERVPRO of Pasadena North we know first hand how hard a commercial water damage can be on a business. It is very important for all business owner to be aware of the possible causes of water damages and what to do at first sight of them.

Right now in California the weather is starting to become very cold and that alone can cause some unforeseen damages since we are not well equipped for this type of weather. Us California natives know this type of cold weather usually does not last this long, but that doesn't mean it cant do damage in the little time that it is here. 

The most common cold weather damage can be frozen pipe bursts. You can tell if your pipes are freezing if you see water stains on the walls, ceilings, and floors, musty/molded smells, and cracked tiles.
